1. Who we are

AIDEK World is a travel team based in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, that plans trips across Kyrgyzstan. For any question about your data, write to hello@aidek.world.

2. What we collect

Only what you enter in the trip request form:

• your name;
• how you prefer to be contacted (email, WhatsApp, Telegram or phone) and the address or number for it;
• your trip dates and group size;
• your preferences — interests, comfort level, accommodation, activity level, guide language;
• anything you write in the free-text notes.

We don't ask for passport or payment details on this website.

3. How we use it

Only to prepare your trip quote and to discuss it with you. To check availability we may tell the guides, drivers and hosts we work with your dates and group size. Your name and contact details are passed only to the people who will guide or host you, and only after you confirm the trip.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your request while we prepare and discuss your trip. Once the request is closed — the trip has taken place or you have decided not to travel — we delete your data whenever you ask us to.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Just write to hello@aidek.world.

6. Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you open a page.

7. Changes

If we change this notice, we will update this page and the date at the top.
