1. About us

AIDEK World is a team based in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, that plans trips across Kyrgyzstan together with local guides, drivers, guesthouses, yurt camps and community-based tourism (CBT) providers.

2. Requests and quotes

Sending a trip request is free and does not oblige you to anything. In reply we send you a quote: the route, dates, services and price.

A quote is not a contract. A booking becomes binding only when both you and we confirm it in writing, for example by email.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in your quote, together with what is included and what is not. If you change the dates, group size or route, we send you an updated quote.

4. Payment

Payment terms — amount, schedule and method — are stated in your quote and agreed before you pay anything.

5. Changes and cancellation

Cancellation terms are stated in each quote and apply once the booking is confirmed.

In the mountains, weather and road conditions can force changes on the spot. Your guide may adjust the day's plan to keep the group safe.

6. Insurance and your responsibility

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trekking, horseback riding, high altitude and medical evacuation.

Travel in the mountains carries risks. Please follow your guide's instructions and tell us in advance about any health conditions that matter for the trip.
